"The rental fee is a little pricey compared to other campus and off-campus facilities. But there's also a difference in what you get for the money! Customer service was amazing - you can tell the staff communicates and works well together. They didn't just do a general check-in, they said things like, I know you'll be using the projector. How about if I turn it on now so it's warmed up when your speaker arrives. And the dining staff was similar - let's get this much on ice and the rest kept cool in the fridge. It was a really great event experience!"
