Partnering with the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) for a Neurodiverse Workforce
We are thrilled to be partnering with the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS), a university division focused on supporting adults on the autism spectrum with one-of-a-kind programs that make an independent and fulfilling life possible. This partnership provides us with an exceptional opportunity to expand our awareness, knowledge, and experience in successfully hiring and staffing a neurodiverse workforce. A working connection with RCAAS’s College Support Program keeps us close for exploring additional employment opportunities for students and peer mentors.
The success of this partnership is made achievable through combined the leadership of Dr. Christopher Manente, Executive Director of RUAAS, Dr. Richard Novak, VP, Rutgers University Division of Continuing Studies and Distance Learning, and Deana Pagnozzi, Director Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center.
