Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by reservation rate. Please carefully review the terms associated with your selected rate before completing your booking. 

Payment Policy: At check-in, your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your stay. You do not need to access the guest portal to make a deposit unless the credit card being charged cannot be presented at check-in. 

Rutgers Community Discount: The discounted rate is exclusively available to Rutgers University faculty, staff, alumni, and students. This rate is not available to individuals affiliated with other colleges or universities. Promo code RUFSSA is required, and valid Rutgers identification must be presented at check-in to qualify. (code is case sensitive)
