Make a Reservation
Please CLICK HERE to check availability and make a reservation. We accept individual overnight reservations for anyone coming to visit the Rutgers University campus. If you are experiencing technical difficulty, we recommend using the latest version of web browser and clearing your browsing history.
MAKING A RESERVATION ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON?
All guests will be asked to present a card upon check in. If you would like all room and taxes to be billed to a third party card (which cannot be presented at check in), you must download this Credit Card Authorization Form. Please follow directions to FAX form. Do NOT email. Please also email the Inn at firstname.lastname@example.org, to let us know about the third party arrangement.
If you are interested in reserving more than 4 guest rooms at a time, please call Conference Services at (732) 932-9144, ext. 2239.
RUTGERS UNIVERSITY DEPARTMENTS ONLY
Rutgers University departments who make reservations for visitors on behalf of their department, which will be paid for by an internal Purchase Order, require a special access code. Department rate and tax exemption will not be extended without the code. If your department does not already have a code, please request one.

If you are interested in reserving a date that is currently unavailable you may request to be placed on our wait list.
Based upon availability, the Inn does accept walk in guests. Check in time for walk in guests is between 4:00pm and 9:00pm. After 9:00pm we will only accept guests with reservations.
TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS
After making a reservation, tax exempt organizations will be asked to provide proof of tax exemption for the state of New Jersey. In order to reimburse New Jersey sales tax, we must be in receipt of the exemption certificate PRIOR to the guest's arrival. Sales tax will be reimbursed to the credit card on file for the reservation. All reservations are still subject to New Jersey occupancy tax.
