  • Anyone visiting any Rutgers location, must fill out a COVID-19 Daily Self Checklist each day before reporting to work or coming to campus. This includes the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center.
  • The Inn is only accepting reservations from faculty, staff or guests that have authorized permission to be on campus.
  • Many of the Inn’s regular operating procedures have been altered due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Below are a few highlights:
    • All guests will be required to wear masks while in the common areas of the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center.
    • The Inn will halt daily housekeeping service. Instead, replacement amenities and fresh towels will be delivered daily to the guest room and left directly outside the guest room door. In addition, we will ask guests to bag up trash and soiled towels/linens in provided bag and place directly outside of guest room door.
    • Overnight staffing will be provided on an on-call basis. We will have no overnight staff on site, but the emergency number located in your room will connect you to an on-call staff member.
